This program has been designed to introduce you to the effects of
"burnout" on both a personal and professional level. The Art of Taking
Care of Yourself is a discussion of how obligations and a loss of perspective
facilitate "burned out" feelings in people. The purpose of this program is to
introduce and demonstrate specific skills that prevent "burnout." Specific
